Kids Club Practitioner - Carlton Academy

Carlton Academy Kids Club are looking for a new practitioner to join our team who can provide a homely, yet stimulating environment for the children in our care. You must have experience of working with children from 5-11 years old.

The job role will include, keeping accurate daily welfare records using our online welfare recording system, planning exciting activities for groups of children. You will need enthusiasm, energy and passion to provide an outstanding service to families . Good communication skills with staff and Parent/Carers are essential for all practitioners and is a required skill that you will need to demonstrate.

A level 2 in childcare and education is preferred but is not essential. You must be able to provide outstanding practice and be passionate to bring new ideas into an already busy, thriving setting. The hours are between 7.30am until 9am, and 3pm-6pm Monday-Friday, there is a possibility of the role being term time only or all year around.

We are committed to safer recruitment so all candidates must have a clear DBS (cost to be met by candidate).

In addition two satisfactory references will need to be provided prior to the commencement of this position.

Nursery Practitioner - Greetwell

Greetwell Hollow Day Nursery are looking for a new practitioner to join our team who can provide a homely, yet stimulating environment for the children in our care. You must have experience of working with children from 0-5 years old.

The job role will include, keeping accurate daily welfare records using our online welfare recording system, creating children's on line learning journals and planning for individual key children. You will need enthusiasm, energy and an excellent knowledge of the EYFS. Good communication skills with staff and Parent/Carers are essential for all practitioners and is a required skill that you will need to demonstrate.

You must be at least level 3 qualified, with a full and relevant qualification. You must be able to provide outstanding practice and be passionate to bring new ideas into an already busy, thriving setting. The hours are between 7.30am until 6.00pm Monday-Friday (4 days per week with a consistent day off in the week)
